Easy Recipes for Kids

I have two children, a son and a daughter, who are still under five years old. As this they are still on their growing phase, my wife and I have to really pay attention to their food. Unlike some other parents who prefer fast food to be given to their children, we like to prepare the food ourselves to ensure the nutrient and health of the food. Fortunately, up until now our children still love the cooking of their mother. It is probably because she prepare the food with our family secret recipes. Since both of our daughter are more than two years, my son is four and my daughter is three, we can give them almost anything that they would like to eat. Most of the time we give them chicken soup for the vegetable but their favorite is the fried chicken with the secret recipe. First of all, prepare a whole chicken and then cut it into ten pieces or if you like you can replace them with only wings or thighs. For the ingredients please prepare: 500 ml of coconut water, 3 cm of balangale, 2 cm of ginger, a spoon of coriander, 2 cm of turmeric, 4 cloves of onion and a spoon of salt. These are steps of cooking the fried chicken:
  1. Dissolve and mix all of the ingredients into the coconut water. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for two hours.
  2. Boil the chicken with little fire. Take out the meat after it is well-done and seep it.
  3. Heat the oil, and fry the chicken until the color of the meat turns into yellow and brown.
