Since both of our daughter are more than two years, my son is four and my daughter is three, we can give them almost anything that they would like to eat. Most of the time we give them chicken soup for the vegetable but their favorite is the fried chicken with the secret recipe. First of all, prepare a whole chicken and then cut it into ten pieces or if you like you can replace them with only wings or thighs. For the ingredients please prepare: 500 ml of coconut water, 3 cm of balangale, 2 cm of ginger, a spoon of coriander, 2 cm of turmeric, 4 cloves of onion and a spoon of salt. These are steps of cooking the fried chicken:
- Dissolve and mix all of the ingredients into the coconut water. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for two hours.
- Boil the chicken with little fire. Take out the meat after it is well-done and seep it.
- Heat the oil, and fry the chicken until the color of the meat turns into yellow and brown.
