Is there such a thing as a FREE lunch? Well no there isn’t but what should you be looking for in a home business and should you be looking for something that’s FREE? There are a lot of scams on the net, so it understandable that people will look for free home business opportunities. With a free opportunity you could end up wasting a lot of your time, it’s like the old saying “you get what you pay for”
Most home business opportunities will ask for an investment in a pack. The pack will normally be a selection of products. Should you be concerned about this, well no not if you have followed these 3 simple steps you will be OK. Also think of the investment as something for your future. It is not a burden or a waste of money.
The first this to do is Google the company name with the word scam. People will always tell others about a company that’s a scam if they have been unfortunate. Be warned you may find people who just have sour grapes about the company. You will get this in anything in life. Also if nothing comes up or very little information there is a good bet it’s a scam.
The second thing to do is Google the persons name from the company. If they are a scammer they may not use their real name. If they are genuine they will have lots of pages about themselves and the training and systems they use. This is a very good indicator to use.
The third and final thing is find out what the investment is. It should be something that is useful to you. It will be a box of products for you to try, along with sales literature and manuals. If you are asked for money up front and you getting nothing in return or something that is of little use I think it’s safe to say this could be a scam.
You may hear claims of becoming financially free overnight, or becoming a millionaire by the end of the week. Use common sense with this one and run a mile. A legitimate home business will make you a lot of money if and only if you put the work in. You will only get out what you put in.
Whatever you decide to do you will get full support and training from the people in your company. You will make some great new friends and have a great time doing your new business.
