How to Increase Employee's Productivity

For company owners, employees are one of their biggest assets. The fate and continuity of the company lies on the hands of people who works there. It is the synergy of people, technology and management which drive the company to reach its goal. However, we have seen so many companies went bankrupt not because of failing to meet their stakeholder's demands but due to the fact that their employees not producing their full potential. So, employees are like two side of a coin. When loyalty and prosperity of the employees are met then they are your biggest asset but when you fail to maintain either of those two then your company would face a huge problem.

So what can you do to improve your employees productivity and also keep them happy? Punishments and rewards. You have to make sure that employs who performed are rewarded for their performance. On the contrary, for those who are not then you have the right to give them some methods of punishment in order to increase their performance.

But before we talk about rewards and punishments you need to think of a way to evaluate the performance of each individual employees. How to do it? The easiest way is by keeping records of your employee’s attendance. This is where biometric time clocks come in handy. Biometric time clocks record employees attendance by using fingerprint confirmation. The use of fingerprint will make sure that traditional “cheating” of attendances by asking a fellow employee to sign the record no longer exists. Another huge advantage of using biometric time clocks is that they can automatically calculate employee hours and attendance. These calculated data then go to their built-in payroll software thus reducing time and cost to evaluate them manually.

By using biometric time clocks not only you can reduce time and cost but also make sure that a fair evaluation is made. You will keep your employees happy and loyal thus in the end make your company more productive.
